Overview
Taylor Storer a WKCR pioneer for both Jazz and the launching of its New Music Department co-produced a landmark Carnegie Hall Concert (4/1/1979), worked for Joseph Papp at the Public Theatre, and started NMDS (New Music Distribution Services. Taylor died young of cancer. The album contains part of the Carnegie concert and much more (Steve Reich, Philip Glass, Dewey Redman, Carla Bley, and more). This copy is sealed, though one corner is bent (does not affect the LP).
